Use of the Hamilton Turner ‘advice on line service’, (the Service) is subject to these Terms and Conditions of Use. You should carefully read these Terms and Conditions of Use. By proceeding further you will be deemed to have accepted them.


In these Terms and Conditions of Use, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
• "Terms and Conditions of Use" - means the terms and conditions of use of this Website and services herein contained;

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from the Service shall be subject to the laws of the Republic of Ireland. The courts of the Republic of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims or disputes arising in relation to, out of, or in connection with these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Disclaimer as to accuracy of Information provided

Although every care is taken in relation to the initial advices provided, no legal responsibility or liability is accepted, warranted of implied by Hamilton Turner where a person acts on such advice without first instructing Hamilton Turner to act on their behalf.

Information provided to Hamilton Turner

All of the information submitted to Hamilton Turner shall be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will be handled in accordance with Irish Data Protection Legislation and in accordance with our privacy statement.

Hamilton Turner will not investigate the truth of any accusations or alleged facts before providing our initial advices. Therefore the truth of any statement made by the client will be taken for granted and Hamilton Turner will not be responsible or liable for any action taken by a third party against you


The price quoted is exclusive of VAT @ 21 per cent.

Query Forms

You will be given clear instructions to follow to navigate the Query Form and you shall be required to provide us with your complete personal details and all necessary payment details. We accept payment by all major credit and/or debit cards valid for use in Ireland . By clicking on the ‘submit’ button on the Order Form, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the Hamilton Turner site.

Submitting your Query Form is subject to our acceptance of this offer when we issue a written confirmation of acceptance by e-mail to the e-mail address with which you have addressed us. This message will re-confirm elements of the query you have placed including confirmation of your delivery date. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this confirmation.

We will confirm your details and advise you that we are processing your query when we e-mail you. You are responsible for ensuring the detail of your query. Please read your confirmation carefully as we will assume the detail shown to be correct and will not accept liability for errors not advised to us prior to our initial advice.

If you have more than one query then a Query Form must be submitted for each query. If however you have more than one query in relation to the same matter then one query form is sufficient.

We cannot accept Query Forms from customers under the age of eighteen (18) years.


Hamilton Turner will furnish their initial advice within 7 working days of receipt of complete instructions by email to the address given on the Advice Online Form submitted unless requested otherwise.

In the instance of there being difficulties in delivering our advice to the intended recipient we reserve the right to contact the recipient using other contact details you provide on the Query Form.

Where Hamilton Turner are in difficulties as to delivering the advice due to technical faults by either party then the period of 7 working days will cease to have application.


You should be aware that Hamilton Turner will begin to process a query as soon as it is received and therefore the client agrees to waive their entitlement to a seven day cooling off period. However, if you wish to cancell a query within 24 hours of submission Hamilton Turner will refund any monies paid. To effect a cancellation email law@hamiltonturner.com

You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances.

We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions on which you are permitted access to the Hamilton Turner website and the services therein from time to time. We will post any changes on the Hamilton Turner site and it is your responsibility as a client to review the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you access the Hamilton Turner site. Changes will be effective five (5) hours after the posting of any such change and all subsequent dealings between you and us shall be on the new terms and conditions.

Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Hamilton Turner site and the services therein for any reason at any time.

These Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to include all other notices, policies, disclaimers and other terms contained in the Hamilton Turner Site, provided that in the event of a conflict between any such other notices, policies, disclaimers and other terms, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. If any of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Your purchase will be deemed to have occurred in the Republic of Ireland . These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish Law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland .
